The new facility, known as the Innovation Tower, will serve as a comprehensive outpatient center, consolidating a wide range of medical services under one roof.
If approved, the project will feature a six-story medical office building with 78,885 square feet of space and 396 parking spots.
Construction is expected to begin in mid-2026, with the first phase targeted for completion in early 2030 after a five-year build.
Previously, patients faced wait times of up to a year for primary care appointments; however, the new center has reduced this to under 30 days.
The 60,865-square-foot facility is projected to open in 2027.
