The 100,000-square-foot project includes a new 5-story medical office building (MOB) with a state-of-the-art cancer center, expanded clinical care, and specialty imaging services, as well as a 7-story parking garage.

The project will also support the hospital’s growing graduate medical education programs, including internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, and general surgery.

The addition is expected to open in Fall 2026.
