FMS performed a comprehensive regional search and represented a Fortune 75 healthcare company in the relocation of its regional office into 23,381 square feet at 350 E. Las Olas Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
FMS was retained by the Galen School of Nursing to identify locations to open a new nursing college within the Orlando, Florida metro area. FMS was successful in negotiating a favorable long-term lease on Galen’s behalf for 43,261 square feet at 12650 Ingenuity Drive.
FMS was tasked with identifying property in Hollywood, Florida suitable for the development of a free-standing emergency room. Ultimately, our hospital client elected to purchase the 2.25 acre property located at 901 S. State Road 7 with plans to demolish the 47,000 square foot office and develop a new state-of-the-art FSER.
FMS was retained by one of our hospital clients to help the facility expand the hospital’s adjacent land footprint by contacting property owners surrounding the hospital on a confidential basis. FMS was successful in assisting our client with the acquisition of a 30,504 square foot medical office building directly in front of the hospital.
FMS was retained by one of our hospital clients to identify medical office space for an integrated women’s health practice owned by the hospital. The team successfully negotiated a long-term lease for 6,632 square feet at the Bank of America building located at 2850 N. Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida. FMS also provided project management services and leveraged key relationships at the city in order to efficiently facilitate the permitting and construction of the new office.
FMS was retained by a national ambulatory surgery center client to identify space in Miami-Kendall for a new facility. FMS successfully negotiated three (3) leases at MedSquare Health, 9408 SW 87th Avenue. The surgery center lease totaled 8,227 square feet with two (2) specialty diagnostic imaging leases totaling 9,212 square feet.
FMS was retained by a leading South Florida behavioral health provider to identify property suitable for the provision of outpatient counseling services. FMS provided expert guidance in navigating unique zoning challenges and identified a 25,400 square foot space in Fort Lauderdale that continues to meet our client’s needs on a long-term lease.
FMS represented a regional Medicare practice in the opening of a new location totaling 14,641 square feet at 2740 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, Florida. The project included a complete rehabilitation of the exterior of the building and served to expand our client’s presence into southeastern Broward County.
FMS was retained by the leading South Florida fertility practice to identify potential relocation sites for their flagship office and surgery center. FMS performed an expansive search.
Ultimately, FMS and our client partnered on the acquisition of a land parcel in northern Broward County with FMS successfully developing a new 32,000 square foot facility for our client. The joint venture continues to own and operate the project with patients coming from all over South Florida to receive treatment here.
