Florida Medical Space developed Gateway Medical Plaza in 2021 to meet the needs of a long-time client who was looking for a new, state-of-the-art headquarters to relocate its fertility center. The fertility center leased 21,000 square feet on a long-term basis and FMS subsequently leased the remaining medical space to two other regional dental specialists.

Gateway Medical Plaza features covered physician parking, building and monument identity signage, and a market-leading, efficient design which is a hallmark of all FMS projects.
