Just a year after its launch, Bluebird Kids Health is already announcing plans to double its number of pediatric clinics. The startup seeks to improve pediatric care access in underserved areas by building practices in these neighborhoods and accepting all insurance types.
The Health Care District has secured a 10-acre site near Southern Boulevard to build the facility, which will offer 24/7 walk-in, inpatient, and outpatient services for individuals in crisis—reducing reliance on jails and emergency rooms while filling a critical gap in care.
Scheduled for completion in mid-2026, the facility will include medical offices, exam rooms, and advanced imaging labs.
The sale price breaks down to approximately $417 per square foot.
The 53-acre campus, which broke ground in January 2025, is now set to include a four-story, 118,000-square-foot patient tower.
