The expansion comes as Brevard County continues to experience rapid population growth, increasing from about 544,000 residents in 2010 to more than 650,000 in 2024, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. Viera has been a major driver of that growth, with projections indicating the community’s population could double to 77,400 by 2045.

The medical office building totals 27,267 square feet.
The 37,000-square-foot property, located at 4100 S. Hospital Drive, is scheduled for an online auction on Dec. 9.
The development includes far more than the main hospital, including a 125,000-square-foot medical office building offering specialized care.
