It involves the 8,006-square-foot medical office at 4802 East Ave., which is home to the Sunview Health mental health clinic, and the 50,154-square-foot medical office at 1041 45th Street.
The medical office building was acquired by private investor DW Lake Nona.
The expansion would increase the size of the hospital by 1.18 million square feet.
The purchase includes two parcels under an acre without an address and an 8.64-acre property at 4271 Pleasant Hill Road.
