A new medical office building has been proposed on 3.9 vacant acres near Disney.
The three-story, 59,460-square-foot medical office building would go on the corner of Silverlake Park Drive and Village Lake Road in Horizon West, about 7 miles from Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital. The building, which would have 19,820 square feet per floor.
Dr. Niral Patel, an internal medicine specialist in Windermere, owns the land through three entities and proposed the project. The project is seeking a preliminary review by Orange County, and no meeting date is set yet.
