Settineri Group arranged the sale of ±4.56 acres at the corner of Citrus Grove Rd and Grassy Lake Rd in Minneola, Florida for $1,300,000.

The property is set to be developed into a state-of-the-art healthcare/medical office facility, strategically located in the heart of Lake County, just minutes from the soon-to-be-completed AdventHealth Minneola Hospital.
