Settineri Group arranged the sale of ±4.56 acres at the corner of Citrus Grove Rd and Grassy Lake Rd in Minneola, Florida for $1,300,000.

The property is set to be developed into a state-of-the-art healthcare/medical office facility, strategically located in the heart of Lake County, just minutes from the soon-to-be-completed AdventHealth Minneola Hospital.

This sale marks a major milestone for the Clermont/Minneola area, which is rapidly becoming a key hub for medical and healthcare services.

Settineri Group Founder and Managing Director Christopher Settineri and Christina Kurtz Clark of SVN represented the sellers in this transaction.

This deal reflects the region’s growing significance as a destination for healthcare providers, further fueled by major projects like the Hills of Minneola and Citrus Grove developments. With more than 4,000 residential units under construction at Hills of Minneola and a proposed mix of 296 single family homes, 171 townhomes, and 1,448 condos and apartments along Citrus Grove Rd, the area is poised for significant growth. Additionally, plans include 458,000 square feet of commercial space, and a charter school.
