The facility consists of 259 units in three three-story buildings on 16.2 acres.
The new medical centers are located in Cutler Bay, Plantation and Miami, at the Golden Glades Interchange.
The first phase of construction includes a 12,000-square-foot medical office building leased to Millennium Physician Group, one of the largest comprehensive primary care groups in Florida.
