Welltower Makes $87.2 Million ALF Lake Worth Acquisition

Welltower has acquired The Arbor at Lake Worth, a 377-unit assisted living facility in Lake Worth for $87.2 million.

The property, located at 9130 Hypoluxo Road, spans more than 366,000 square feet on 22.5 acres. Focus Healthcare Partners sold the asset, which had traded just last year for $63.8 million.

The sale highlights continued investor demand for healthcare-related real estate in South Florida. The pricing and relatively short turnaround between trades also suggest that capital remains active for large institutional-quality senior housing assets.
