NCH Breaks Ground On Naples’ State-Of-The-Art Heart And Stroke Center
A major step forward in local healthcare is taking shape as the R.M. Schulze Family Heart and Stroke Critical Care Center prepares to break ground. The state-of-the-art facility, set to become a national leader in cardiac and stroke care, will bring cutting-edge resources and top-tier specialists together under one roof.
NCH President and CEO Paul Hiltz shared his enthusiasm for the project, highlighting the center’s advanced technology and expert staff.
“This will be a one-stop facility for heart and stroke care, featuring world-class imaging equipment and a team of top physicians,” Hiltz said.
He noted that NCH is partnering with leading institutions like Alina and the Minneapolis Heart Institute to elevate care to unprecedented levels in the region.
The five-story, 87-foot-tall building is designed to centralize and streamline treatment, meaning Southwest Florida residents will no longer need to travel out of state for specialized care.
Construction is set to begin next week, with the center expected to open its doors by spring 2027.
