Vitalis acquired a 30,165-square-foot medical outpatient building and surgery center located at 8262 Point Meadows Dr in Jacksonville, FL.

Cross Regions developed the build-to-suit for Coastal Health in 2022. The facility includes clinical space for Coastal Health’s Orthopedic, Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Physical Therapy practices in addition to a 8,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center on the first floor.

Coastal Health is a multi-specialty healthcare practice headquartered in Jacksonville with 13 locations and a team of over 80 certified providers strategically located facilities in North and Central Florida.

This is Vitalis’ second acquisition in Jacksonville in the last 12 months.
