The three-story, 59,460-square-foot medical office building would go on the corner of Silverlake Park Drive and Village Lake Road in Horizon West.
Construction is expected to start on the new hospital this summer and be finished in late 2025.
The 23,241-square-foot property, located at 12323 W Colonial Drive, is anchored by AdventHealth Well 65+, a primary care practice.
The $38 million facility is scheduled to open in early 2024.
The nonprofit health system — with $4.6 billion in 2021 revenue and $8 billion in assets — has been very active with construction and planning at the site.
