Jupiter Medical Center Breaks Ground On Second Hospital In City, MOB Also Under Development
Jupiter Medical Center has broken ground on a new hospital campus in Jupiter’s Avenir community, marking a major expansion of healthcare services in northern Palm Beach County.
The new hospital will span 53,000 square feet and include 29 inpatient beds, four operating rooms, a round-the-clock emergency department, diagnostic laboratory services and imaging capabilities. An adjacent 47,000-square-foot medical office building is also under development.
Both buildings are planned as part of The Health Park at Avenir, a healthcare campus within the Avenir master-planned community. The hospital and medical office building are expected to open in early 2028.
The campus is designed for additional growth, with future plans calling for two more two-story medical office buildings, each totaling approximately 25,000 square feet.
