HCA Florida Healthcare has completed a major expansion at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital in Ocala, unveiling a new $120 million, three-story patient tower.

The addition includes 40 private inpatient rooms—24 designated for medical/surgical care and 16 for rehabilitation—along with four new operating rooms. The project also delivers an upgraded sterile processing department, a renovated laboratory, and a relocated engineering plant.

Designed with future growth in mind, the second floor includes shell space for expansion, and the campus now features 247 additional parking spaces to accommodate increased patient and visitor traffic.
