The sale of Coral Ridge Medical Center, a 19,500-square-foot medical office building at 5310 N Dixie Highway in Oakland Park, has closed.

The property was purchased for $6.1 million by 5301 N Dixie Hwy LLC, a medical office investment group led by Joseph Edlkopf.

The seller, Coral Ridge Outpatient Properties LLC, is led by Dr. John Bloom.

Coral Ridge Medical Center is a two-story facility anchored by an ambulatory surgical center operated by Tenet Healthcare, which occupies the entire first floor and recently extended its lease through July 2029. The second floor includes four medical practice suites. The property is positioned in a prime Oakland Park location with convenient access to Interstate 95 and U.S. Highway 1, and it is less than five minutes from Holy Cross Health’s main medical campus.
