Baptist Health has officially opened a new, 9,000-square-foot standalone cancer care center in Doral, celebrating the launch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This facility, part of Baptist Health Cancer Care, is now available to the public and offers comprehensive cancer treatment. Services include full-time on-site medical and radiation oncologists, a fully equipped infusion suite for chemotherapy, advanced radiation treatment using TomoTherapy, a clinical laboratory, surgical oncology consultations, and more.

“This is a significant day for both Baptist Health and the Doral community,” said Dr. Leonard Kalman, Executive Deputy Director and Chief Medical Officer of Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. “Doral is all about family and community, and this new center reflects our commitment to providing cutting-edge cancer care right where our patients live and work.”

This new center marks Baptist Health’s continued growth in the Doral area, where it has been present for over 30 years. It is the fourth Baptist Health facility in the area, following the 2021 opening of Baptist Health Hospital Doral.

The new Baptist Health Cancer Care center is located at 3125 NW 84th Ave.
