Zack Adams

Zack Adams joined Florida Medical Space as an intern in early 2022 while finalizing his bachelor’s degree in integrated business with a minor in real estate at the University of Central Florida.

Upon graduation, Zack joined the sales and leasing team at FMS in a full-time professional capacity.  He plays a key business development role for the company while working closely with Luke Nill, the Director of Leasing in representing the firm’s clients in the negotiation of medical office leases and sales contracts. 

In addition to the various projects for which Zack is responsible, he specializes in representing buyers and sellers of medical office condominiums throughout the South Florida region. He has a keen ability for sourcing off-market opportunities for our clients. 

Zack enjoys casting a line, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
