Westside Medical Plaza

Is a three (3) story, 38,670 square foot Class “A” medical office building located at 8251 W. Broward Blvd. on the campus of Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida.
Florida Medical Space partnered in the development of Westside Medical Plaza and was responsible for attracting several of the most prominent regional medical practices to the building on long-term leases. Upon achieving 100% occupancy in the spring of 2020, Florida Medical Space and its partners sold the project at a substantial profit to a company out of Nashville, Tennessee.
