Florida Medical Space developed Gateway Medical Plaza in 2021 to meet the needs of a long-time client who was looking for a new, state-of-the-art headquarters to relocate its fertility center. The fertility center leased 21,000 square feet on a long-term basis and FMS subsequently leased the remaining medical space to three other regional medical and dental practices.
Gateway Medical Plaza features covered physician parking, building and monument identity signage, and a market-leading, efficient design which is a hallmark of all FMS projects.
