Anthony Brunetti

Has served as Vice President since 2020 after joining Florida Medical Space in 2015 as a Sales and Leasing Project Manager.

Mr. Brunetti has developed a valuable skill set in identifying strategic land development opportunities for our healthcare and developer clients. His work has resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in land acquisitions over the last decade.

He has a great appreciation for the medical field and the essential role that it plays in every community. The needs of medical service providers are unique and continue to evolve as technology and healthcare practices continue to advance to unprecedented levels. When asked why Anthony continues to build a career in the unique niche that Florida Medical Space serves, his answer is, “The complexity of medical real estate will always demand that you adapt and think about where healthcare is going in the future, not where it has been. There is also a great amount of satisfaction when you can increase a community’s access to healthcare and ultimately have a very positive impact on the world around you.”

Anthony is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he played baseball and was team captain. He graduated with both a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in planning in Civic Urbanism, a field most similarly related to real estate development.
