Northeast Florida Health Sciences Park is a 55 acre, 200,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical/professional office park consisting of four (4) multi-story buildings of approximately 50,000 square feet each. The Park is ideally situated at the entrance ramp to I-95.
This development project offers an opportunity of 1,500 to 200,000 square feet of medical/professional office space per building that will meet the needs of a large Healthcare System, medical practices, research and lab facility or professional services.
The entire 55 acre site is zoned commercial, is high and dry and is fully entitled with water and sewer readily available.
Projected rents are $20.00 – $21.00 per square foot. Cam is approx $8.00 per square foot.
